DROP-IN CLASSES (D)
Simply turn up and pay on the door. Admission is on a first come, first-served basis due to maximum class numbers.

ADVANCE BLOCK BOOKING (B)
For courses it is essential to book and pay in advance, as these courses are popular and fill up very quickly. Call us on 01224 611486 to book, or return the downloadable booking form by post to Citymoves, c/o Aberdeen Art Gallery, Schoolhill, Aberdeen, AB10 1FQ or by e-mail to citymoves@aberdeencity.gov.uk. Once booked places must be paid for within 7 days. Pop into the office or send a cheque (made payable to Aberdeen City Council).

To prevent injury, participants more than 15 minutes late are not allowed into class, as the warm up section will have been missed. Doors are open 15 minutes before a class.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Anything comfortable that allows you to move freely – T-shirts and tracksuit trousers or leggings are ideal. Footwear is dependant on class style and for some bare foot is preferable. If you are unsure please phone us. Please note that for all classes we do not allow black-soled trainers or outdoor shoes in the studio because they can damage our floors.

ACCESS:
There is lift access to citymoves studio and HMT studio. We strive to make our classes as accessible as possible to participants with special access needs. Please call us to discuss any support you might need.

CONCESSION RATES
Concession rates, shown in brackets, apply Adults aged 60 years and above, those on income support, and students in full time education. Proof of ID is required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Advance block booking: Please note that once you’ve booked for a term, if you miss a week or number of weeks for any reason, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Refunds will only be given if we have to cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to change a tutor without prior notice if necessary.
Advance booking is subject to availability, so please book early.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel classes and/or change tutors.
